AiroTixx Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AiroTixx. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our travel services provided through our website and mobile applications. By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or complete any bookings.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in the United States to create an account or use our services for booking. You agree to provide truthful and complete information when creating accounts and making reservations. Unauthorized use or multiple accounts are prohibited.

Booking and Payment Terms

• When you make a booking through AiroTixx, you enter a contractual relationship with the respective third-party travel providers (airlines, hotels, rental agencies, etc.). These providers’ rules and policies govern your booking, including payment, cancellation, refunds, and other restrictions.
• Prices shown are in US dollars unless otherwise stated, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. However, prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed with payment.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Credit card payments may incur international transaction fees depending on your bank and card issuer.
• US federal law protections, including the Department of Transportation’s 24-hour risk-free cancellation rule for airline tickets purchased at least 7 days before departure, apply to your bookings. You may cancel airline tickets within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if booked directly through us and the flight is 7 days or more away.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

• AiroTixx will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant updates through in-app notifications, email, or other means.
• Changes and cancellations are subject to the provider’s fare rules and associated fees and penalties. AiroTixx also charges administrative service fees for such processing. All applicable charges will be communicated prior to confirmation.
• Refunds, if eligible, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on provider policies. Non-refundable tickets or services are clearly indicated at booking.
• Flexible or refundable ticket options may be offered at booking for an additional fee. These remove or lessen change and cancellation costs and often include benefits like complimentary seat selection.

Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

• You are responsible to ensure all travel documentation such as passports, visas, health and vaccination certificates comply with destination and transit country requirements. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, for which AiroTixx holds no liability.
• You agree to comply with all applicable transportation security regulations and are responsible for prohibited items in checked or carry-on luggage.
• Code-share and multi-ticket itineraries are subject to separate provider terms. Changes or cancellations to one segment do not guarantee changes or refunds on others.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy tailored for US compliance. Your data may be transferred internationally to fulfill bookings and provide support but is safeguarded via comprehensive security controls.

Limitation of Liability

• AiroTixx acts solely as an intermediary and is not the provider of travel services. We assume no liability for delays, cancellations, personal injury, property loss, or other damages resulting from any third-party provider’s services.
• While we strive for accuracy, errors or omissions in pricing, availability, and descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors or cancel affected bookings without penalty.
• Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and software on the AiroTixx platform belong to us or our licensors and are protected under US copyright and trademark laws. Use is granted solely for personal travel planning and booking.

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or photos, you grant AiroTixx a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in any media. You affirm that you have full rights to the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

• Third-Party Links: Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
• In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer service.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action or representative claims are waived.
• Arbitration will be held in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and governed by US federal law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in New York.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
