AiroTixx Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AiroTixx, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be clear and transparent while adhering to the rules established by our airline and travel service partners.

Dual Policy Compliance

Please note that all cancellations and refund requests must comply with both AiroTixx’s policies and those of the respective travel providers you book with (such as airlines, hotels, or rental companies). We can only process refunds if both parties’ policies support your cancellation or refund claim.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, AiroTixx will process it within 5 to 7 business days after receiving all required documentation. However, please be aware that the service provider's refund process might take additional time, over which we have no control. We commit to managing our part as swiftly and transparently as possible.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the booking. If the payment was processed through a third-party, it may take extra time for the refund to appear in your account.

Post-Ticketing Service Fees

If you request cancellations or changes after your ticket or booking confirmation has been issued, a post-ticketing service fee will apply. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred by AiroTixx to process your request and is separate from any penalties imposed by travel providers.

Currency and Transaction Charges

Any currency conversion rates, exchange rate fluctuations, or international transaction fees applied by your bank or credit card issuer are beyond AiroTixx’s control and responsibility.

Responsibility for Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you possess all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certifications. AiroTixx will not issue refunds for trip cancellations arising because you lack proper documentation or entry permissions.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

To protect yourself against unforeseen events that may lead to cancellations or trip interruptions, we strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
